michael4771 Posted November 11, 2017 Share Posted November 11, 2017 Greetings everyone, I have just downloaded and installed the Benny Returns Mod from the Nexus and I'm having trouble getting it to properly work. The mod has been installed correctly, I'm sure of that, but I'm having trouble spawning a new Benny and getting the option to start the dialogue with him where I can tell him to meet me at the 188 Trading Post. In the game, I decided to let him escape the Legion Fort (successfully) and since that time I have many hours of progress to my playthrough. Whenever I use the command "player.placeleveledactoratme 0001344be" it simply creates a version of Benny that does nothing but run in a straight line without the needed dialogue option. I have tried using the "bat BennyReturnsBat.txt" command and all that does is teleport me Caesar's tent with (you guessed it!) another running version of Benny that lacks that essential dialogue option. Finally, I've also tried using the prid command as "prid XX0021ec" with XX being the order in which the mod is being loaded. It comes up with this error message: "SCRIPTS: Script 'SysWindowCompileAndRun', line 1:Item '080021ec' not found for parameter ObjectReferenceID.Compiled script not saved!" I'm truly at a loss here. I've spent hours trying to figure out what looks like an awesome mod but to no avail. I'm hoping that some of you all who are a lot better at scripting (or just know FNV or this mod better than I do) will be able to help me solve my problem.
