Reason for the banAnouncement of use and re-upload of file assets by another author on another site without permission, generally disregarding rights on files created by others and paricularly offensive comment towards a mod author. Post 06 November 2017 - 12:30 AM:„I've sucessfully ported this mod and i will be uploading it publically somewhere (not on the nexus). This degenerate author will NOT leave FREE files that are NOT owned by anyone, to rot. I hate it when authors create somthing, only to throw it in the garbage and act like no one can ever take it.“ Terms of Service (excerpt):„If your comment contains text that is likely to personally offend other users of the site either in the language you use or the message of your text then do not post. We take personal attacks very seriously and you will be banned without warning. … All files uploaded must have been created by the uploader or used with permission from the original author of the content. Such permission must be indicated in the Readme text attached to the file and/or on the Description page (or in the Description field for images), and must be obtained in advance, before uploading the file.
