Mod Request: Eye Pupil for Farmers

I know the detail is very small and most people probably wouldn't care, but I've been wanting a small black (or a slightly darker shaded) pupil in my farmer's eyes for the longest time. I assume the edit is actually quite simple, but I have no idea how to edit xnb files (have taken a look at some written guides and was overwhelmed). Most of the NPCs in the game have at least some shading in their eyes that give their faces more depth.
