Blue artifacts glitch in Whiterun

Hi to everyone,
I'm having problems in Whiterun.
These blue artifacts started popping obscuring completely my view as you can see in the images below.

I noticed when it disappears that there's a huge shadow



Here are my pc specs

Intel Core i7-7700K
Nvdia GeForce GTX 1080
MSI z270 Gaming Pro Carbon
Ram 16GB

(Checked if it's overheating and it's not)

I found out that the problem is Lucia, the beggar girl in Whiterun. Maybe her hair is doing this glitch, but I don't know how to resolve. I removed and reinstalled RS Children but didn't do the trick. Can't understand what other mod could be doing all of this..

RS Children doesn't play well with other mods that modify children. I see you have "SE - Better Children.esp" for Solitude Expansion. There have been some problems reported with this patch on the Posts page for Solitude Expansion. You can try RS Children Patch Compendium instead. There's a patch there for Solitude Expansion in the Files section. Be sure to disable SE - Better Children.esp.

 

Also, have you sorted with LOOT?

 

In addition, I noticed that you have Bijin AIO (all-in-one). This merges all of the Bijin mods together, so you should disable Bijin NPCs.esp, Bijin Warmaidens.esp, Bijin Wives.esp, Serana.esp and Valerica.esp in your Plugins tab. Just the ESPs though. You still need to keep the mesh and texture files.
