CasperTheLich Posted March 15, 2012 Posted March 15, 2012 i seem to have run into an odd little bug, most likely a mod issue i suppose. there is this frost troll just outside of windhelm, when you are heading along the raod west from the stables, you cross a stone bridge, then pass by some greenage (a few trees and a lots of shrubs) just before you hit that next bridge to the mill. he is right there, when i kill him a little notice pops up "unequipped" then a second or two later another one pops up "equipped", my controls are frozen and the enableplayercontrols doesn't work, then the screen goes blue (if i use melee) or grey (if i use marksman), however the hud is still there, and working, and i can still use and switch between my menus (trying to save causes a crash with no error message). and it just that one frost troll, nothing else seems to cause this issue, not even other frost trolls. any ideas.oh, and i just updated realistic water, and this is a very old character i'm using and haven't used her for some time, so it could be any number of things. -thanks for any replies
OmedHani Posted October 28, 2013 Posted October 28, 2013 I had something similar happened to me, outside the place where you get the jagged crown. I noticed that "equipped" thing, I think it was right after I ducked to activate shadow warrior. But it didn't crash my game. Instead, when the troll has managed to land a hit on me, there is some sort of frost under my characters feet, emitting smoke and it never goes away!I thought it was because of the shadow warrior eyes bug fix mod I had recently downloaded, but it still happens after I had disabled the mod.I guess that is the way of the trolls trolling us :S
