MissSelena
If you are having problems running the game on Windows 10 since the last patch (Nov. 7, 2017) that the problem is solved now. Bethesda WOULD NOT ADMIT that they messed up. The made people uninstall the game, uninstall Steam, and in some cases, format their computers..... Nothing worked. I got tired of Bethesda not admitting their mistake and fixing it so I started running through things i could try to return the game so I could keep playing.... It is not compatible any more with some systems running windows 10. If you game is not working, try these instructions and see if this will fix it for you, like it did for me.... Go to your Steam Library Right Click the SSE in the games list. Go to Properties and left click Click the Local Files tab and then Browse Local Files Button Right click the SkyrimSE.exe file and go to properties Click the Compatibility tab Check the box in Compatibility Mode and Run this program in compatibility mode for: Windows 7 (nothing else works properly) Make sure the box for Run this program as an administrator is UNCHECKED!!! Hit apply and Okay close down steam and restart your computer When you get steam loaded, start your game and enjoy playing if this worked for you!
