New Faction "The Saviors", Negans Settlement Attack Spawner

To all talented Moders and TWD (The Walking Dead) fans out there, please make a mod about:

 

1. Adding New Faction called: "The Saviors".

2. New enemy variants: Negans (ex. Negan Scout, etc.).

3. Auto Spawn: During a broad daylight w/ Clear Weathers (so we can see the Havoc).

(just like the Ghoul spawned during Rad Storm from "True Storm" mod).

4. Only spawn near and outside Settlement boundaries.

 

5. MCM compatible: for Adjustable Settings.
