SSE Custom Basement house

Greetings Modders.

 

I would like to request a custom basement house with these features.

1st of all: Tons of Mannequin's, Weapon Racks, and shield spots (may also be those for shield + 2 weapons)

2nd of all: All the crafting stations with chests nearby that links to each station (including skyforge pretty please)

3rd of all: Doors to every main Houses, Hearthfire & Faction houses and back to the inside of each house, not outside's, including from DLC's, (*)

4th of all: Several NPC's that sell's materials, potions, scrolls, books and what not.

 

While i know that this might take awhile to create, i do hope that someone will make it

Houses: Breezehome, Hjerim, Honeyside, Proudspire Manor, Vlindrel Hall, Severin Manor

Hearthfire houses: Windstad Manor, Lakeview Manor, Heljarchen Hall.

Faction Houses: Apprentice's Quarters, Archmage's Quarters, Companion Quarters, Kodlak's Quarters, Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary, Dawnstar Sanctuary, Ragged Flagon, Cistern, Nightingale Hall, Fort Dawnguard, Volkihar Keep, Sky haven Temple.

(propably forgot one or two others, but i'm hoping that the creator know's wich ones)
