Which config to run Skyrim Special Edition in 4K (modded)

Hi guys  !

I am working on my new config which will be almost only dedicated to Skyrim and Fallout. I played Skyrim on PC before and I used quite a lot of mods. However, I used to play on a laptop which means I was kindda limited. My new CPU and GPU will be as follow:

- Intel I7 8700K (overclocked, probably, though it won't be too extreme)

- GTX 1080Ti (non-SLI)

My question is: is it possible to play Skyrim SE with such CPU and GPU in 4K, 50/60 FPS with quite a lot of mods including SMIM, an ENB (not one drastically reducing my performances, though), 2K or even 4K textures and Skyrim Flaura Overhaul. I am more into the lore friendly mods so the rest of my list will probably contains mods such as Frostfall or Huntborn which don't affect the perfomance too much.

Edit: I don't plan using Skyrim open cities or some mods as I read it may affect the perfomance quite a lot.

Thank you guys :psyduck: !

50-60 frame per sec? If you'll use ENB, SMIM and another overhauls like weather, trees, rock, cities etc., you'll get 40-50 FPS. But man try it. My Skyrim LE & SE running on 60FPS ( fixed ), 'cos my GPU is 2 x ASUS GeForce GTX 1080 8GB GDDR5X 256bit.
