Sound problem, I can hear NPCs from all directions at the same voice level.

Hi Guys.

 

Sorry if I am not being clear, I don't know how exactly explain this. It is like this: when I am passing a raider I can hear him perfectly clear regardless of the distance. It does not matter if he is behind a wall, at 5th flor and so on. I always hear him at the same voice level which makes me very hard to find the source of sound. Do you have the same problem?
