Glitch in the way of the voice

I started "the way of the voice" and i reach the high hrothgar but the graybeards didn't gather around me and einarth didn't give me the knowledge of the Word balance " ro " so i can't complete the quest. Please help me with this. :(

once i pass this quest and finish skyrim.but my new character can't complete this quest.

are you familiar with console commands? and do know how to use it?

I don't know what command i should use. . . . .1 use "coqs" and the game finished.i just want to skip this part. :wallbash:

the quest passed.i prefer not to learn the shouts.Since i am dunmer "dark elf" so i don't believe in this dragonborn business so i never use shouts. ;)

anyway.how should i continue the mainline of the game?he won't tell me to look after horn of jurgen. :dance:
