Changing Pipboy texture in game?

The Courser Ghost-Spectre X-92 Mashup added an option to change the Pipboy texture with MCM. Jetpacks FAO v4.5 have an optional file with dozen of textures to replace.
I wonder why no one had made yet a mod that would use MCM to change into all those cool new textures.

Or at least I didn't found yet.
