Forevermuffins Posted March 15, 2012 Share Posted March 15, 2012 Okay I'm in an Alice mood here so I've been doing modding in that direction, which is working quite well at motivating me. Even though I am a complete noob I was thinking about at least attempting something that is similar to Hysteria Mode, as seen below. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iGP99dymDMc 2 things are obvious to me: The character models are switched/altered, as are the weapons and that the environment color gets filtered out without removing all color from the game. So my question is, since those are the two main parts, is that, is it possible to remove color from only the environment and make it at least semi-instant; as well having the ability to swap out textures/models/characters instantly like that in a controlled manner? Also, I know for a fact, that even though those models change when she goes into Hysteria, the weapons are effected by the mode as well. I am mad. MAD I SAY! I saw 2 mods that do something similar - a quest mod in which one part takes place in a whole black and white environment. Another mod that transforms you into something like a "Spawn" type warrior (a spell).
