Help please: Most up to date plugins/tools getting clothing items from Blender to Skyrim

I'm wondering what the best and latest tools and methods for exporting a clothing item from Blender to Skyrim is? most of the tutorials I see are either very old, or seem to talk about new plugins/exporters that I can't find, or lead to broken links or are simply missing links.

 

I really need to know what exact version of Blender I should be using with what exact exporter plugin in order to get the job done. With hopefully some level of instruction.

 

Also, it would be really great to also have a tutorial on how to convert meshes from Skyrim 32 bit to SE.
