Looks HUD at character creation missing :\

Title explains it all, using F4SE with all mods disabled it is still missing and trying the normal steam launch with all mods disabled it is still missing. Mod list and order as per LOOT if people need that to help out. Also using the pilgrim enb if that is any indicator. I can however use the console command to launch the showracemenu and it shows up perfectly fine, but I can't get the zoom on the face with it? I haven't played with it enough to figure out. If i could I would have no qualms ignoring this small bug.
