mods conflicts or me being stupid?

I can only see my hands when I attack or when I use magic or when I stand still with a torch.

when I move while torch is equiped it goes down but the torch light is still there and when I attack I see my hands but I want the vanilla look och my equipment

the mods that only affec this that I got enabled is

Enhanced camera

archer overhaul

joy of perspective

fnis (diffrent animation packs)

real vision

is it ehanced camera and joy of perspective conflicting or is it archer overhaul or fnis?

please tell me I really get annoyed when I dont have the vanilla perspective

(it is also in a save when I used to have immersive first person but I uninstalled it a long time ago so the effects should be gone right?)

To my extremely limited knowledge Enhanced Camera and Joy of Perspective do extremely similar things (Not entirely the same) so they probably are conflicting.

It's not a good idea to remove advanced-ish mods mid-save. That breaks the saves. So that save is most likely dead now. I had that problem with the arm position still persisting though but don't remember how I fixed it. I am quite sure I restarted. If you remove one of those first person mods, reinstall the other one that you leave behind and start a new save. That's my recommendation :)
