Refill Starlight Pond

So I accidentally deleted my pond water at the Starlight Drive-in when I was cleaning the site and didn't care at the time, but now have decided I would like to refill the pond. Can we place a water valve at the edge and refill it or replace it with a nice duck pond or even get the old dirty water back?

There is a mod called Build Your Own Pool, that will let you add a water area if you need it. I do not know if it still works but it used to work perfectly for adding a water "pool". Good luck.
