MShoap13
Open your mesh in Blender. Select the skeleton (the little blip at 0,0,0). Delete it. Save your mesh. Close Blender. Open Blender and load your skeletonless mesh. Import skeleton.nif (located at \meshes\actors\character\character assets\ in the meshes.bsa) and choose to parent it to your model. Save it again and close Blender. Open it in NifSkope and run the "Delete Bogus Nodes" auto-spell. Save it one last time and test it in-game. MShoap13
The part you want to select is literally a tiny blip. It should be named "scene root" and as previously mentioned, it's located at the coordinates x0,y0,z0. Deleting it will delete all of the other bones. Be sure to save your work after it's deleted and restart Blender before importing the new skeleton.
shadowhunterEEP
i fell like an idiot for asking but where is itI can't seem to find it is it the render window? because i found something but if I delete it. it removes everything (it seems like every time i post the stupider i feel)
MShoap13
Try this... Press "A" to deselect all, Click the "Select" drop down in the bottom left corner and choose "By Type>Armature". This should highlight all of the bones including the root, then delete them.
