midwaymodder
if you disable the update via nmm you can play the game it is not necessary to uninstall the game itself if you did something wrong with the update just re-download the uipdate but an earlier version that worked. disabling the update.esm should fix the issue though. daver219
Same here: [WETriggerScript<(01099883)>WARNING: Onlnit() myHoldLocation property has not been set, this will result in errors. I have jumped through all the hoops but to no avail. Was gone for almost two weeks and played again for the first time last night with no problems. Different story this evening however; Sigh, my first serious problem with the game to date so I should feel lucky? Been a long day and I don't have the patience to mess with it further. blove
I had the trigger error the first time I started the game after the last update. Deleted Skyrim.ini and never saw it again.
Kevoz
if you disable the update via nmm you can play the game it is not necessary to uninstall the game itself . Thanks A Lot!I got the game of someone else so i didn't need to buy it or have steam. Unfortunately this meant i couldn't get the creation Kit. I didn't this all too bad tho. Untill I updated to 1.5.26.When I started getting these errors I deleted the skyrim.ini and that stopped them from appearing but skyrim crashed everytime i loaded a game. When I saw that The Creation Kit was supposed to fix this I thought i was f***ed.BUT THIS WORKED SO THANKS MAN. MAJOR THUMBS UP! Banned for piracy.Yes, you need to buy it.-LM

In case anyone is still experiencing this problem, the solution is simple: 1. Go to your Windows directory and look under users/"yourusername"/appdata/local/skyrim/plugins.2. Open the plugins text file and see if two (2) skyrim.esm files are listed. If yes, delete one (1). Problem is solved.

NeoJD
As far as I understand this, that this is an NMM error/bug! Start NMM Got to C:\Users\"YOURNAME"\AppData\Local\Skyrim and open the plugins.txt, if the skyrim.esm is twice listed (like skyrim and Skyrim) delete the "skyrim.esm" save and start the game with NMM if the problem is solved, this should be hotfixed asap

WHITELION1284
Wow. Thanks so much. I had no idea where to look. Oddly enough I had the reverse problem. I did have a Skyrim.esm. Replacing it in the plugin list fixed the problem. Man I can't believe what I go through to play this game. Oblivion was the same way. Endless frustration. Yet here I am with over a thousand hours in the game. I don't know if that's sad or not ...
