Thandal
After the un-install and re-boot, is there anything, (anything at all) left under "C:\Program Files\Dragon Age"?There shouldn't be. That folder and everything in it should be gone as well.
Freddbsswe
I know it's strange because I uninstalled the game, removed all the folders in documents. But it's still there...
Thandal
What do you mean/how do you know "it's still there"? NOTE: Please take another look at my previous post. I was talking about the "\Program Files" folder, not the ones under "\My Documents"... (As I sad before, IA messes with core game files in ways that most mods don't need to. So it makes changes in "non-standard" places.)
Freddbsswe
In game I mean. That it's still "active". After I uninstalled I checked if there was any folders left. But it was not. I'm gonna try to reinstall one more time now :) Edited March 18, 2012 by Freddbsswe
Freddbsswe
Nope..... It's still active.....
Thandal
Essentially, that's not possible if you've removed all the files/folders under both "C\Program Files\Dragon Age", and "\[user's documents]Bioware\Dragon Age". What is it that's happening that makes you think IA is "still active"?
Freddbsswe
By still active in game I mean the mod itself. It's pretty easy to see the difference between the natural game and the improved atmosphere. Such in the beginning when you make your character. The noble clothing, weapons, armors ect. I don't know what I did but it seemed to have worked! :DThe only thing I did was to uninstal 7-Zip, just to check it if worked and it did! :D Thanks Thandal for your help and time :)
Thandal
Not sure how "what you did" relates to "what actually happened", but glad to hear things are back to normal!
