LE Wilderness spawn points?

I have posted a similar question. And, have also posted this question on the Monster Mod comments and general area.. Was just curious.

 

Here is the mod that did this for Oblivion

If you want a little more variation, or if you like a challenging game, this is the mod for you: it tweaks the creature lists, so you will actually encounter more creatures when walking in the wilderness, and more difficult and varied ones.

 

 

Has anyone been working on a mod to add a ton of spawn points in the wilderness to really bring these monsters out more between cities?

It would be great to have a ton of encounters between the cities when traveling
