I download mod called "Volgon Isles".Its mostly land and i started to make it better by changing npc behavior(packages).Whenever i load this mod my Skyrim just freezes on Bethesda logo and wont start. It was working fine before i changed packages, editorids, baseids, names(so i have things organized).Btw i modified some stuff in this mod with CK before this freezing and it worked fine(I guess this is 3rd time that i modifed stuff that i mentioned and mod is causing my Skyrim to freeze now).Does anyone know what is causing this issue?

Have you used TESVEdit to both clean it and check for errors? If you have errors one or more of them could be causing your problem.

After i saw that it freezes my game i went to clean with TesVEdit, also i think that these errors aren't much important https://imgur.com/a/SA5dB.

I got a lot of mods installed but before i modified this Volgon Isles mod it was working just fine.I was only renaming stuff and changing packages, faction, conainers.

No those errors shouldn't cause freezing. Have you tested the updated mod with just Skyrim and the required DLC loaded.

I just tested it without other mods and its working. But when i go to map it just CTD...

There is no GB limit you are likely to have gone over. The problem with the map is usually caused by Skyrim running out of memory. Your changing the mod might be coincidental - I would try with the original Volgon Isles and see if you get the same now. You have basically got to eliminate all the possibilites. Skyrim can be weird enough to come up with anything!

If it is a memory issue - are you running a memory manager like SSME?

I have optimized Skyrim with Ordenator,ENB used some ULG things for my skyrim.ini.I have no fog mods, lowest graphics etc. Also memory manager that u mentioned.I think that my skyrim have max stability with everything that i done.I will try original Volgon Isles now then i will reply later.

So it was a coincidence, your changes to that mod are not the problem. Your going to have to go through the usual things, Verify the game, check whether it is just with this mod and not others, fiddle with graphic settings etc. Check post for Volgon isles to see if others have had problems new world mods can sometime be challenging for Skyrim..
