gohan2091
A few months ago when I last played Skyrm, I was using Realistic Skyrim HD profile for my lighting mod. I was pleased with this but it had problems like at night, water and mist would be very bright. It's time to return to Skyrim but I would like to know what is the best lighting mod to date? Things that caught my eye are: - Realistic Colors and real Night- Realistic Lighting with customization What is your personal favourite lighting mod for realism? I would especially like to hear from those people who have tried several popular lighting mods and hear their input. I have a powerful PC so performance impact isn't as big an issue as it would be with other users. Thanks Edited March 16, 2012 by gohan2091
Zarezy
I use Realistic Lighting with customization. Its the best one for me. It looks awesome in dungeons and at night.
Staind716
If performance isn't an issue then I would recommend the Superl3 ENB which incoporates the realistic lighting mod in it's files. It also has a bokeh depth of field which a lot of people like. I personally use the 0.52 version without the dof and am very happy with the results. http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=11318

Using the performance option (SSAO with no DOF) results in a 7fps drop which is acceptable but I am not sure if I like it enough to keep it. I may just use the standard realistic lighting. Thanks for your input all!
Oubliette
Personally I'm waiting on Real Lights. They hand place each and every light in game to make sure that the radiance and effect is correct. Takes them forever to do though but the effect is totally worthwhile.
