Skyrim cast mechanics

Ok, so im not sure if this has been asked or if theres a mod for it, im not sure what to search for to find this, anyway here goes:

 

Is there a way / mod that lets you cast spells without drawing your weapon first? i find it really annoying to draw my sword 1st before i heal or initiate with a spell.

Spells are treated as weapons, you need to ready your 'hands' in order to cast a spell. Note that unsheathing your weapon makes no noise in regards to sneaking.

 

There's no way to ready one hand.

they should really divide spells into combat and non-combat then, cuz now some1 with a bow cant even cast a healing spell or similar, i hope theres a mod that will break this.

I do hope some mod to change the staff mechanics a bit.

 

Change so to allow a staff can do melee attack with the same element damage bonus. First will be like a 1 hand weapon. click will do melee attack, hold the button to launch the magic power on the staff. If off hand is free, left click can block.
