Particular CTD in outdoors location.

I have some strange CTD in this marked location https://i.imgur.com/3eTGyBK.jpg

When ever i try to approach this areas my game is crushing.

Is not indoors, i can't even use "coc" command for the exterior areas (the interior areas works perfectely).

 

 

Does anyone has experience something like that?

What can i do to fix this problem?

I've completed a lot of quests until now... more like the entire Skyrim Vanilla and Dawnguard + the grind fest Thieves Guild.

 

I tried to start a new game and used "coc" command for the exterior for those zones, works perfectely.

 

Is there any chance to recover my save game if it is corrupted at this stage? I don't really want to start a new game...
