Game CTD's after certain date passes

Hello, everyone. Recently, I've been replaying Skyrim's main quest for the first time in five years. I've been having a lot of fun, but I ran into a glitch which has halted my progress. I'm at the section where you attempt to capture Odahviing at Dragonsreach. I have just fast travelled outside, arriving at night. I decided to wait until morning and attempted to save, quickly followed by my game CTDing. After some testing, I realized that the game crashed after midnight on the 6th of Frostfall, 4E 201. I somehow managed to get a save in at 12:17, but anything past then crashes, even if I don't wait. I've been looking around, and I can't seem to find a solution to my issue. I've attached a spoiler containing my load order, if anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated.
