Niborino9409
I'm watching videos on SSE Edit and they went into deleted navmeshes, that sounds really bad. And it got me thinking if I had done that unintentionally with my Bleak Falls Barrow shortcut. I edited the navmesh to include a staircase and a trapdoor, finalized it and everything works. But I am quite sure I may have deleted/edited/added to vanilla placed parts of it. Would SSE Edit recognize that as a deleted navmesh if another mod needs to reference it? yian
when you made changes to the vanilla navmesh, did you merge two existing navmeshes? If you only modified an existing navmesh, then I wouldn't worry about it. As long as it kept its original BaseID name and it exists in the game world, there shouldn't be any problem. Niborino9409
I am quite sure I only edited the vanilla navmesh, but at the same time I am not sure if I accidentally deleted a part of it. It's not much work to redo it if need be though.
yian
You can do anything you want to a vanilla navmesh as long as you don't remove it entirely. Delete vertices, delete triangles, change shapes, drop them below the ground... no problem.
Niborino9409
Awesome! In that case I should be good to go! ;D I only edited 1% of it, but was thinking if it was really picky with it. Thank you for settling my doubts!
