GrindedStone
Steal the idea... You don't have to act like that. Nobody wants your idea. All of the people that already know how to make your idea already have too many ideas of their own. It would make a good sig though. "psst hey don't talk here, they're stealing ideas" Not on nexus forums. What is wrong with Nexus?

Just feels important to me and i don't want to post it and have someone say that's a copy of something else i saw. Well anyway, the story line would be a group of Marines or some other military faction, have survived the Nuclear Apocalypse and built a thriving community. However, there society is starting to falter what with people starting to question the chain of command(sort of like the Outcast's in Fallout 3) anyway, your tasked with bringing the group back to the strength it was pre-war. Soon after you get the community back up and running, the marines want to establish diplomatic relations with the rest of the Mojave, including Mr. House and the NCR. And the story-line continues from there. At the end of the quest, you should be able to request support from the marines(or other faction) and the planes they have managed to restore. GrindedStone
Never limit anything to the real world. The real world sucks an it's boring to create in virtual reality. If I hand the player a army an name it "US Marines" then instantly they know what it is an more importantly what to expect. These are quality standards you'll have to meet based on the players ideas about the real world. Take that same army an name it "Zid Fletchers Walnut's" an it instantly becomes more interesting. Like the brotherhood of steel, except less like the duechebags of the brotherhood of steel
