Only the four vanilla stalls (Nuka World Drink Cart, plus the three vanilla stalls) show up for Food and Drink Vendors in the settlement menu. Oddly enough, it's only that category that is affected; modded vendor stalls show up for every other category EXCEPT Food and Drink. Tested with Better Stores, Convenient Stores, and Immersive Vendors. Playing with load order doesn't seem to help. I should probably mention that this isn't at a vanilla settlement; it's Fizztop Grill Settlement, added by another mod.
