It means the mod is not packaged for FOMM to install properly. This is because ADAM has many options which are separated into several folders. FOMM needs the meshes, textures and plugins to be in the base of the package. It suggests using a script which will tell FOMM what it needs to do with the files. Fortunately enough Nyrb has created such a script making installation a breeze.
