ASPyr97
I want a load order with the most realism, immersion survival and horror elements. I want a load order that has been plenty tested over and over again and never consistently glitches or crashes in any area. what I mean is if there are any crashes or glitches I would like them to be rear. I just don't want any crashes or glitches to defeat the purpose. I would love to have TTW and all the FO3 mods that fit what I am looking for but most FO3 mods are not compatible with NV so I am thinking I will just skip TTW altogether. Please feel very free to ask questions and thank you. SirDanest
I've heard big things about Pandemic and Dust, but I think they completely change the nature of the game.
Grimwol
There are a few mods that can help with performance. Assuming you already use 4GB Fallout New Vegas and New Vegas Script Extender, some that you might want to look into would be New Vegas Anti Crash, New Vegas Stutter Remover, New Vegas Enhanced Content, and/or Mission Mohave. The mods stated in the post above are probably your best bet if it's horror and realism you want. Some other mods that are a bit smaller in scale are House of Horrors, Hell on Earth, and Monster Mod. Mods that make the wasteland darker at night might also be what you're looking for.
dubiousintent
The only way you can get a "error and glitch free" game while playing is by taking your time, adding and testing each mod one by one. Please see the wiki "FNV General Mod Use Advice" article. FNV is much more stable than FO3. FO3 mods generally need to be converted to work with FNV, it's true. OTOH, most popular ones have either already been converted or have equivalent replacements. But TTW does add complexity to the modding situation, so it is usually best to get a stable FNV load order before adding in TTW. See their FAQ for common questions. -Dubious-
