Need help maybe finding specific mod

So i'm not sure if this is the right place to be asking this, but i'm looking for a mod that may or may not exist but if it does this is the only way i could think to find it. I am looking for a mod that would add a sort of level system to the weapons and armor. What i mean by this is for example you might have two steel swords, but one has a inherently higher level, or just was spawned in with higher stats through RNG, and is therefore better than the lower steel sword. Now certain types of weapons would have different caps to this, so a iron dagger does not do more damage than a orc sword. this would remove the very restrictive ladder there is to the weapon and armor progression in the game. If something even somewhat close to this exist please let me know, and if this is in the wrong place please also let me know.

I used to back in Skyrim but not now on SE. I have no memory of it at all though, apart from how it looks, sorry =/

Isn't the weapon and armor level already determined by crafting and enchantment ability? Not sure why anyone would want to change that system. I had a blast maintaining all my weapons and updating them when I could boost my stats in some way. It was even tied into alchemy and the ingredients you could find to make higher powered potions.
