Frequent Dungeon bugs when using any new Player Housing / Dungeon / Qu

Hi guys

Was hoping for some troubleshooting advice.

I have quite a few mods installed, but always seem to have a major problem whenever I install any new mods which contain player-made housing / dungeons / quests.

The usual bug is when I enter dungeons I seem to lose the usual gfx and can see far off into the distance, or all the floor / walls / objects disappear and all i'm left with is sky or flat colour. And then I promptly start to fall slowly through the world.

Autosaves have same issue when reloading.

Other times, when transitioning from outdoor to indoor areas, the game will just hang at black screen with music playing, and i will need to ctrl-alt-del out.

Outdoor areas seem unaffected.

I have quite a few mods, shenk's thievery overhaul being the only one I can see that changes anything structurally in game. Will try to post a full list later, but was wondering if anyone had any advice or tips in how to track down what was going on?

So far I've unchecked all my mods and slowly introduced them back by theme (eg first gfx mods, then sound mods, then crafting, then gameplay, then last are the housing / quests and its continually these that bork, regardless of load order.

Help!

Ok, so far the following seem to be the ones not playing nicely:

*Quest: And Realms of Daedra

*Quest: No Mercy

*Shenk Thievery Overhaul

The Ayleid Mysteries

Orvard's Tomb

Broken Man's Monument

Den of Vuspyre

Elvenwood

Pinewood

Assassins Den

Different combos cause insta CTD when loading a save (indoors)

CTD's seem to be more common with Shenk Thievery / Quest:Daedra / Quest:No Mercy but also Shenk + other housing mods

Anyone else have any view on the above? Should I have any particular mods at a particular place in load order eg start or end? Or is it just not possible to play these mods together?

ok seems to be Shenk Thievery Overhaul and Quest:Realms of Daedra are the main culprits

With these removed no CTD's

With one of them active, it's a lottery as I have to remove nearly all the others

Unless there's a conflict with a non-apparent random mod somewhere else, but its a shame these CTD's dont give any clues as to why lol
