Original Red Rocket Garagewe need at start of the game..

is there anyway is someone could convert the clean Original Red Rocket Garage into the 1st one you find next to sanctuary (with or with out power armor frame. i was thinking with out but this up to mod anther while giving a larger area to worth with. if able i mean..)
