Everything was fine until I started the quest The silver hand, when I fast traveled to Gallows Rock, when I arrived Aela's face was all black, I completed the quest and her face is still black. Niborino9409 Posted December 1, 2017 Share Posted December 1, 2017 (edited) Try moving Aela to the bottom. Yeah, that should do it since Fresh Faces also edits her. I have a similar thing with Delphine, Running Diversity and if I put the Delphine .esp lower than it she works.
