Im looking for a mod that lets you regen magikca with the atronach sign based on willpower. Or rather the stunted magikca effect just greatly reduces rather than removes magikca regen. I know I had some mod that did that before but can't find it, it might not be on nexus or has been deleted. I'm not looking for a flat magicka restore effect or something that just removes stunted, I want willpower to still be usefil with atronach sign.
