Modifying self explosion damage in creation kit

i want to make a mad bomber build, some nutcase who uses explosive bombardment in the enemies general direction, but i dont want to be restarting everytime i kill my self

what condition do i need to add to mod incoming explosive damage or player explosive effect so that it will ONLY modify player self-induced damage in the creation kit?
currently i have it so that enemies do full damage as usual and i do less damage to myself, but i do less damage with my explosives
