No equip right hand in key bindings, or exit game option after leaving the game

Hi Guys.

 

Finally got around to playing SSE, and after setting my key bindings, I noticed the right hand control option is missing. I can only use my left hand.

I've looked through the ini files, but I cant see any key binding options. That'll let me manually set the right hand.

 

Also there's no exit game option. The ONLY way I can leave the game is to save, Then force close through task manager.

 

Weird bugs I know.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
