Unable to level up

[Evocativ]

I started a new playthrough of skryim using a bunch of mods and everything was working perfectly until i tried to level up,

Even tho the lvl bar is full (lvl 1) i cant pick what stat to add +10 and get a skill point.

Running newest skse 64.
