Game CTD when I reach specific location just out side of Windhelm

[DuelRevolvers]

Like the title says, whenever I try to walk west along the path away from Windhelm, my game crashes to desktop instantly. I've tried unloading all my mods, all at once and sections at a time, but it still does it. I also tried uninstalling my enb, just to see if that was doing it, but it still did it. What's my issue here? Here's my load order, thanks for you help guys:
