Hi new here, which admins can I go to for help uploading my mod?

Having constant probems uploading files for my mod Vanilla Remastered not sure why, I've messaged some admins. Who can help me?

 

I've spec, height, ao, gloss and normal mapped the entire game My files just won't upload they're large but within the limit..
