Third Person Toggle Aiming Mod?

I was just wondering if anyone has created a mod that allows you to toggle between iron sights and normal zoom while aiming in third person. an example would be, say, tom Clancy wildlands. Or metal gear solid. how they snap from one to the other. i know theirs a mod that allows iron sights while in third person and then brings you back out but i haven't found anything like this. I have spent a little time in the geck but not enough to create anything like the matter.
