"Search" Function not working anymore?

I've been using this command for 3 years and I didn't have any problems with it. It's a like the "Help" function in TES5 and FO4 but for Gamebryo just without filters.

now it doesn't work but instead says

SCRIPT: Scripts 'SysWindowCompileAndRun', line 1;

Script Command "Search" not found

 

I thought it was NVSE related so I used an older version, nothing happened

No, I don't have an IR driver of some sort

I've already did a regedit regarding a RG_DWORD setting from 2 to 0, nothing changed

16gb RAM
240+480GB SSD

I can't play without these options when mods keeps on pouring it's difficult to trace them manually without a third party app. I've been troubleshooting this for about 10 hours now
