Nude Bodies for Followers...Finished?

Frankly, I doubt very much if the creation of nude body mods for followers and npcs in general is coming to an end. Actually I think that modders will continue even though there's not a lot of variety left to pursue, at least in the human form. One body form modders could work on, is a variety similar to the scarred body created by 21crescendo for Aela Sylvan Makeover. Now, that woman is what I think appropriate for Aela. No way that woman could have lived her life and not be scarred.

 

'Course, to create such a mod, one would need to be very skilled. Or, not only skilled but interested in branching out into several other mythical forms. A really good, less raptor like Argonian would be nice. A less carnivorous Khajiit would be nice as well. 'Course, that's been pretty well done when one considers the various Rahts, etc. Still and all, according to the lore there're other forms to be developed. Needless to say, in order to be satisfying there'd need to be notched and truncated ears, scars running in several places on the body, missing appendages, all the usual results of a life of violence, warfare, mayhem, and treachery. It is possible to have too many pretty people mods. After a while they become exceptionally bland and repetitious. I've had a surfeit of cute. Boooring!!

 

Understand, I'm talking about bods for npcs. I can do most of what I want for my personal character, thanks to a number of skilled mod creators. Northborn and XCES scars are very, very good. Now, if only someone would develop a mod for missing appendage creation. It's been done for one npc mod in the form of a peg leg. What I'd like to see is a mod, or series of mods, that permit missing hands, fingers, arms, ears, teeth, and other forms of mutilation. Perhaps the game engine just won't lend itself to that, I dunno. Still, it'd be nice to see. Argggh me hearties, I be Cap'n Hook!
