Need help! Skyrim textures bug

So this bug continues to persist. My textures are messed up, kinda pixelated and blocky. I've noticed they often happen in wind or snow. I have had Steam verify the integrity of the game cache, unistalled and renistalled, turned off all of my mods, reinstalled my graphics drivers, and nothing works. Also, the problem did start around when I updated my graphics drivers. Could be coincidence? Screens below.

PLEASE HELP.

Thank you <3

Fixed! Thank this Guy:

Please try my ATI Anti-Aliasing Pixelization Hotfix http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=13071

Worked for me as well, thanks

Glad to have helped. This AA bug, from the various comments, varies across different cards. I believe the hotfix would work on all Windows 7 x64 OS's with HD 6xxx series cards, well at least the HD 6870 1GB that I'm using.

It is possible that there is something else that is inflicting the problem. It would take a survey to find out what systems the hotfix is working on. Would also have to take into account user issues with the hotfix not being installed to Skyrim base directory and those that forget to read the readme and expand the dl_ file into a dll file. Those user issues would make the survey imbalanced and pointless.
