[LE] Asking for simple stratforward text dialog instruction not found on the Nexus, detailed questions.

Getting on with it:

 

1. I wish to know how to use the kit to give a totally text dialog tree to a simple follower, then put it in the follower and in my game.

 

2. How to attach such to a preexisting one for my game. Or a random actor in game.

 

3. That is all, I tried without reading the instructions but nothing happened in game though it seemed self explanatory.

 

In the future I may want to know if there is a text reader tool that will let me splice word pools from the game, but for now not to confuse the issue the above, 1 and 2 is all I wish to know.

 

If you would link a text guide, let it not be the one on custom voiced followers that did not answer 1 and 2, about text followers.

 

 

 

 

Reasons I dont read the guide for myself, If your board enough:

 

Ok to begin with copy of skyrim the kit and everything is completely legit but I am having trouble accessing beths site on my browser.

 

With my anti-adverting, ad-profiling,/mal/facebook security. It keeps telling me something about cookies ''the site''.

 

Firefox says its redirecting in a way that would not end. ""third party cookie issue no doubt or some ad gimmick involving a list''.

Jerks...I just cant make it work. :sad: I use familiar faces mod, to make a follower, and no one will explain properly how to add text dialog, you think this is common knowledge? I read the tutorial and still...

You are probably right that there is little out there that explains adding dialogue to followers. You will have to do what most of us do, which is download a mod that already does the same sort of thing you want and see how they did it. In this case you want a follower mod with custom dialogue. This is essentially how I learnt about just about everything.

I tried adding lines to such a follower as a test, before doing my faces follower, but that dose not work ether. It might not be putting it in the game or flashing by too quick. maybe you could tell me how you do it like step one two and three. For text dialog assuming no prior knowledge just for safety sake? Like an example to set up a tree and I could plug in the text. A temple and what to do? I feel I'm missing something simple. Like a face-palm sort of thing.
