leveling crashes game

So I am playing this on my desktop (Core2duo 2.33 gig, 2 gig DDR2 667 mhz, XFX Geforce 8600GT, XP pro SP2) and whenever I go to level up the game crashes. I can sleep no problem, and even talk to whats his name that starts the dark brother hood quest, but whenever I go to level it crashes.

 

I am running on medium quality, no AA HDR or anything like that.

Any suggestions?

My only suggestion is checking if one of your assigned hotkeys is interfering with Thieves Arsenal because that ones kind of touchy aout that kind of conflict. Other than and I could be totally of track but that is the only thing that sticks out to me.
