Vvarvendel is there but it is almost impossible getting back to Vvarvendel wich still makes it a real TC. I reccomend this mod becouse it has a nice difficulty and gives a nice new adventure. Simply check mw Summit or some other mw database for Sword of Perthia (SoP), look for this in Total Conversion section. There alsow are some new models in the game but mostly uses old ones. *****SPOILER******* In this mod you can't go out of cencus of exercise office, you will be sent back to the ship to sail to Vivec where Caius Cosades will be. On the way to Vivec the ship crashes in a heavy storm, you are the only survivor and have to get to the nearest land, wich is hard becouse of the sharks.
