whraven2
I use MO and FNIS with nearly 8000 animations. Without knowing more about how you are installing the animations, please excuse me if I cover stuff you already know. 1. FNIS must be installed and activated as a mod as well as configured in the RUN menu.2. Animation mods must be installed and activated.3. After you run FNIS, new and updated files will appear in your "Overwrite" area. This last is important. The first time you run FNIS, you must create a new mod from the files in the Overwrite area (right click, select create mod, and pick an appropriate name). After that, whenever you update animations, you can move the files created in the Overwrite area to the already created mod, overwriting old files as necessary. This works very well for me as I've added and deleted many animations over time, and MO has made it easy for me to maintain FNIS and my save files. Gilibran
Does the FNIS updater give you any warnings? They are not always that clear to see. Best advice is to start over, make sure all the filepaths are set correctly and start with XPSME skeleton, Realisitc ragdolls and force (requirement for XPSME), FNIS Behavior and FNIS PCEA2, select the animation you want from the MCM menu and you can quickly see if it worked or not, some files are not always installed but simply overwritten so you wont always see new files installed/added.
