Dan3345
Any armor with a kilt does this when I walk sideways towards the left. Someone posted on the image with things to try and fix it and I done most and fixed nothing or found what it is that could be causing it. I have no tried using nifscope as I do not have it. And I do not think I will find anything sing nifscope as the armors only have a problem when walking in a specific way. Which I should add, leaves me to suspect this is an issue with the male skeleton and the way it rigs to armor. If you cannot tell from the image, what is happening is as I walk to the left the kilt of the wolf armor (and all imperial armors) seems to float up and into the body of my character. Once I stop walking to the left and just walk straight or to the right the kilt will fall back down and look normal. I am playing as a male imperial, and I am about to go try and see if switching races, or to female and back fixes it. Things I have tried include removing all male armor mods and female mods to see if it had something to do with an added armor, starting a new game and giving myself imperial armor to see if it was a corrupted save, removed all body mods, and modified skeletons. thats all for now, will try more things. I am on version 1.5 beta, and was wondering if this is a skyrim.esm glitch that has been around for a while, I never noticed it before in my 6 playthroughs and 200+ hours but I don't often walk in third person. Could anyone else try walking in kilted armors and tell me if they get it too? Also using this armor found here I get the same problem. So it must be a skeleton issue if it is affecting modded armors as well as vanilla unmodified ones.
Dan3345
Ok this is for anyone else having a problem similar to this.. The problem was something in the male actors animation. Not sure what, but at one point I had AP skyrim installed and it may have left behind some residual stupid (as that mod is sort of full of it in its beta state). So yeah, I removed the whole folder and skyrim.esm should take over and all is well (hopefully).
